she walks to the soggy sand with the board in her hand
Her fingers trembling her heart beating faster and faster
the people surrounding her
judging her skills with those perfect numbers
out of the water with much power
her vision is blurry closes her eyes and opens them
she finds herself laying on a bed
with only the memories of a dream
and the determination of a champion
