I've wanted you since the day i saw you.
I didn't know you but that didn't matter.
I knew we should be together,
But i was so scared of rejection.
I waited long enough i guess,
Long enough for you to notice me,
Notice me and want me too,
At least that's what you made me think.
When i told you yes I knew it was for some time.
We waited for out first kiss,
'til we felt it was right,
From then on it was a kiss here and a kiss there.
We spent some ime together outside of school.
I thought everything was going great,
Then that day we came off of break,
I hadn't seen you for 2 weeks,
I guess it gave you time to think, you must have thought long and hard,
For the next time I talked to you
You seemed so distant and cold, didn't reach for my hand,
I knew it was coming, but I was hoping I was wrong,
I had to wait to the end of the day,
I didn't want to face you,
As soon as i got next to you
You said what i knew was coming,
I walked away,
I went to my friends,
I got on my bus,
I don't know how but I held back tears long enough,
To be out of your sights,
I didn't understand why,
I probably never will,
But two thing i know for sure:
I'll move on
And I'll always miss you.
