just..so beautiful to her
the closest thing to perfect as of now
as she looks in his eyes
the escence of his soul pouring out from amidst his lips
as it falls into the air that she breathes
the embrace of her now in his arms
the outline of his silhouette from amongst the moons beams
the hands that grasp each other cease to loosen in their grip
eternity burns in his eyes as she alongingly stands there
whispering the words she shouldve a long time ago
his kiss etched into her mind
where her thoughts race
pounding desperately in hopes of being known tonight
his hands caress and sooth her as his fingertips touch her face
as they look eye to eye
as the lonely moon lingers and midnight approaches
in her ear he lets her know it is yet now time again to depart
as their lips meet again one more time
and wrap their arms around each other as if just to capture the escence of
serenity
being in their loved ones arms just one more time...
as if it were the first and the last
she stands in the doorway
and watches longingly as his car drives away into the mist once again
and watches..silently praying with just a single ounce of hope
thatd he return yet again another night.
