My knees feel week... my heart pounds, almost escaping from my chest; but
you don’t care.
My vision blurs, I can’t see... my tongue performs gymnastics and I can’t
speak; but you don’t care.
My thoughts jumble into a clouded mess, I can’t think... the surge of
needles travels all over me, my body aches for you; but you don’t care.
The river runs and flows to the sea, I cry for you... the cold overcomes me
as all fades to black, the blood flows from my veins to the floor, my heart
slows and finally stops, you approach to say goodbye and all of time stands
still for just a moment and then you walk away... now I’ve died for you....
do you care?
