I used to believe in love,
Now it's just a faded, jaded memory.
Your words caused me to fall apart,
They shattered my struggling hopes.
My soul is bleeding on the ground.
Your whispers fill my nightmares with pain,
Your voice is now a faded, jaded memory.
The stars cry out as they descend,
Burning, crashing into Hell.
One lost star remained,
In it, I saw you.
You called out to me and I reached for you,
My hands closed tightly, grasping for nothing.
You were gone,
You had vanished.
