The school was all worried
But I didn't notice
Everyone was crying
But I thought nothing of it

But soon I found out
That Reece was in emergency care
At first I didn't take it that hard
I didn't think it was anything serious

But I was wrong and I knew it
When I heard that he was really gone
And that he had passed on,
Was when I really started to feel the growing pain

But at the funeral
Was where I really broke down
And saw all those people so sad
Their heads were down
And tears sparkled in their eyes

Soon enough I felt them too
The warm moisture in my eyes
The unfamiliar feeling of tears
Knowing I couldn't stop them
I just let them flow

Then joined in with all the others
In their prayer of sad sorrow

R.I.P. Reece! We love you!!
