...I Wish...
That one day the sun will rise outside my window
as i look upon it from my bedside lying in your arms,
safe from this dead world around us.
That the sun will set and the stars will shine ouside our window while you
make love to me and time stops as we become one.
Yet the world continues to wither and decay outside my window begging to be
let in, but I pay no mind to it.
Minutes, hours, and days go by... but not a second seems to pass.
Our want and need for eachother just grows stronger and the pain comes
harder, but the pleasure does not cease.
I never thought such a feeling possible... How one person could make me feel
so good.
How that one person could make me forget hat still, misery and sorrow try to
break down my door and loneliness lingers outside my window all waiting to
end my happiness.
What is it you see outside your window?
Is your world dead as is mine?
Do you see the same sun and stars that I see?
Pay no mind to the suffering that waits to accompany you outside our door.
Close the blinds to our windows so that they can forget that we are here and
let them remain nothing more than a memory to us.
Let me shelter you from the pain inside and that which is waiting to be let
in.
Let the darkness fall upon our bedroom so that we may sleep in
eachother's arms and never again wake to the dead world outside,
But remain in this moment while you make love to me and time stops as we
become one.
