Have you heard the good news I know what your thinking she’s a flake,
insane, maybe off the edge, so what if I’m dangerous or out there and
different some might say out on a ledge.

There’s always a light and dark side, a good and a bad, some holy and some
evil, and even those happy outcomes and sad.

Have you heard the good news there’s once again some light in my life, you
know not like the days when I loved needles and knives.

Well I’m sure you don’t care but I’ll tell you again because it just seems
so right, I can’t stand to hurt you, harm you, or make us fight.

The candles now lit the fire is smoking the snow has all melted and the
children asleep, the sun has gone down the moon has rose up the dog doesn’t
bark and my heart is yours to keep.

My news is good but your reaction is not what I hoped for maybe even to
tame, well I guess this is just the cold side of the burning flame.
