I knew the day would come
It happened today, I knew it was true
It finally came,
The day we say I love you
It is was better than I thought
Is this true, or am I dreaming?
I feel like I never thought possible
Finally my mind isn’t screaming
Now I am calm
I’m in the light
I’m no longer in the darkness
My mind is no longer filled with fright
You came into my life, and gave me hope
We’ve been through so much so fast
You’ve helped with so much
I never want you to become part of my past
