Red River

A simple tear dropped from her face,
As the red river flowed once more.
She had nowhere to run but nowhere to stay,
As if someone kicked her out of life and closed the door.

Another tear dropped from her cheek,
She sliced her wrist once more.
She closed her eyes and thought,
How it all was before.
No more pain she thought,
No more letting go.
It all went black and it was over,
She had nothing more to see...and nothing more to show...

Everyone cried at the news of her death,
Even the ones she was "invisible" to.
It's funny how people can be so mean one day,
But the moment you take your life...they act like they were a best friend to
you...
