your eyes
like windows
into the sky of your mind

your hands
like a blanket for mine
keeping them warm

your feet
like the wings of a bird
flying to the one it loves

your lips
like soft rose petals
as they are pressed against mine

your breath
like a sweet breeze
carrying me away

and your heart
a constant rhythm
letting me know you are there
