If I closed my eyes while listening to you,
I could see your dreams
Vivid
in color, moving before me
Your voice would surround me
and creep into my heart
reacquainting me with emotions long forgotten-
some pleasant and some not so pleasant
But they are all triggered, stirred by you
And I cannot regret anything connected to you
for you are so much more than me
with your heart shining through your eyes
warming even the most remote parts hidden deep within me
and always leaving me
quietly yearning for more of you
