My world is deep inside
deep within me
It's kept hidden
No one enters
Nothing escapes
It's filled with the pain
the sadness
the brokeness
No room for sympathy
or happiness
or forgiveness
I let my world surround me
I let it take over me
People try to take it away
They try to destroy it
But it still stands today
