Loveable Death

You think I can turn around
And forget about you?
Guess again…because
It’s harder than it looks.

So I sit alone and depressed,
Loving you, hating you,
Can’t make up my mind.
Because all it is, is you.

I can’t stand to see you today,
Or even tomorrow or the next.
Because I’ll always know I can’t have you,
And you’ll always be just an inch out of reach.

I can’t stand to live like this,
With a love in my heart,
That will never be returned.
A love that never gives back.

So I think of dying,
And wonder if you’ll care.
Wonder if you’ll cry the tears
I cried for you.

Then again, it’s out of the question.
I’m dying inside already.
I need your touch to breath,
And I need your love to live.

So here I go, it’s my last good-bye
To you and everyone else.
Because I’m deprived of your love,
And can’t go on with out you here.

So I let you go and hang the noose,
Write out the note and sign it good-bye.
I love you now and forever more…
And now you’ll know…
