The complete circle
where once I stood
with confident ignorance
standing a ground growing roots
in a desperate attempt
to stop the drift
that shifts the focus to a constant
bbbblurrrr

some called me bitter with spite
for walking the world
with an unflinching smile
nobody's puppet
and
no will to master
I speak with simple threads
absent of strings
careful not to pull
from right to left
tearing souls apart
and
hearts in two

my balanced seems
to rubberneck like a train wreck
with a kind of
Pre-Poetic grace
carrying specks of sunlight
understood only by my fellow servants
never washed away in the wake
of faith's humble journey
in this
lonely stand I make
with no desire to ever take
a title of leader
in the land of limited new born vision
back when
I passed on the pen
leaving my mind
in a vacuum state
with a welcoming clean slate
for me and those in need
I offer a hand
as we carry the weight
of the worlds
moving these stones
where one day
we shall wake
to find this
that we built
is now our home
untouched by
rapture
or
wrath

so timelessly slow
we turn
without change
this beautiful masterpiece
of
undying love
holding
above
and
below
all we are
and
all we will
to ever be

... This Is Eternity ...

where I hold for you
a final thought
unwritten
saving the last breathe of truth
