My eyes begin to water
Tears come strolling down my face.
I softy brush one off my cheek.
My mind continues to race.
The memories held deep within,
Lie inside my soul.
I feel them slowly disappear,
And watch the truth unroll.
The days are never-ending,
I just cant find the light.
Trapped inside this darkness,
Without the room to fight.
My life has changed so much,
In a simple matter of weeks.
The drasticness has changed me too,
Now tears envelope my cheeks.
I want to understand,
But i just cant comprehend.
I patiently close my eyes,
And slowly count to ten.
Maybe when they open,
This will all have gone away?
I cant take this pain much longer,
Im waiting for the day...
When girls stop spreading rumors
And guys wont break your heart.
When parents are understanding,
And lifes dont fall apart.
When violence is just in movies,
And pain is not a fear.
When you can trust a stranger,
And your friends are always here.
