If you can't see me,
There's nothing to hide.
I don't have to run,
Or stay in my shell.
You'll take a peek,
I know you so well.
Why can't I stay
Locked up in my room,
There's no way you know
What I'm going through.
I feel like a fool
Mixed signals were sent.
I'm so confused
Did you ever like me?
Cause I feel so used.
You let me fall
You didn't hold on,
And now I don't know
What exactly went wrong.
I ask you a question
You just roll your eyes.
I did see it coming,
Why ask so surprised.
You tell me I'm crazy,
And maybe I am,
But you know what?
I don't give a damn.
