Reality vs. Fantasy

The glass separates this hellish nightmare
From the wisdom of dreams
Land of tears and land of desolation
Or broken moonbeams

But this nightmare we're brainwashed into calling reality
Is never the parallel of fantasy
Glass is crystal so easily shattered
And the two worlds entwine, life is scattered

Like lies and truth there is no boundary
Intoxicating until the two abstract words forge as one
Bloody vampires exist
Why? Just take a look at my gorged wrist
Knights in shining armor, but also their foes
A bleeding soul for it shows

Broken, bruised, crying, and bloody
And this is the fucked reality
