There you are lifeless, not a single breath left.
Your eyes seem swollen and full of misery.
Your face is pale without a single drop of
blood running in your veins.
Your lips are blue and cold like ice.
I know you my friend, I know.

You lie there remembering the memories,
and wondering what fate has in store for you next.
Your thoughts are fading toward heaven's bliss,
and your words would never be heard.
I'm sorry my friend, I'm sorry.

Your pain I can still feel, your heart still beats, but your agonizing cries
will die.
I will not mourn you; however,
I will remember you were once me and I was you.
But you are dead now,
and its time for me to be reborn.
