The Web You Wove

*sorry about the grammer errors and stuff it should be fixed*

You wove a web around my heart
And it pulled so tight it can’t depart
Cut the threads and let me be
Why can’t you let my heart be free?

I love to dance, run, and sing
But when I see you my heart does sting
The web you weave; it holds me tight
And so I try with all my might
But I can’t seem to let you know
Or tell you why I feel so

I love you so let it be told
So let me hear what you have to say
Please do not leave me this way
Do you love me as I love you?
Only tell me what is true

You have your ways I have my might
But please don’t let us fight
I know now my love is true
Whatever that may mean to you

I cannot sleep for this I write
So that I may with all my might
Untangle myself though out the night
So let me go now set me free
Feelings like these do not come so easy

I need to soar I need to sail
I need to let out a long held wail
For in your hands my heart you hold
And this to you know I’ve told

I need my strength I need my might
I need someone to show me the light
Now that I’ve let my feelings show
It feels good to let things flow
I’ve said all I need to say
And now I bid thee good day
