Knocking on Love's door

i followed my heart
through an open door
i want to love you
so much more

you keep shutting me out
and pushing me aside
i dont want to fade
i dont want to hide

i love you so much
you will never know
and with each day
stronger it grows

i had a chance
to have everything
but i gave it all up
for a small fling

that fling with you
meant much more to me
for little did i know
love is what i began to see

i hope you are not angry
hope you are not mad
but when i cant be with you
it makes me quite sad

i want to love you
and be with you more
but you shut me out
you keep shutting that door.

i knock once
then i knock twice
will you let me in?
can you see the love in my eyes?

the choice is yours
and only you can choose
will you take me in your arms?
or is it me that you will lose?
