every night you lay awake
thinking of new ways and more lies
to impress people
you have pretend friends
no one ever saw only heard of
just so you can feel noticed
your a different person
around other people
trying to impress the people trying to impress you
why be someone fake to make an impression
when the people you are trying to impress
never get your impression
because they are too worried about impress you
just be yourself
because no one pays attention to your impressions
except your real friends who know the real you
