Your hands caress my body.
I feel your lips graze mine.
Your body so close to mine.
I feel your heart beating against my chest.
I feel your lips kissing my neck.
I hear the words “I love you” creep past your lips.
I hear your shaky breath as your heart beats faster.
I am hypnotized by your scent.
I fall in and out of reality.
Your lips take me to a place where I have no control.
But then I am awoken by the sound of the rain.
You are nowhere around.
I call your name but you do not answer.
I am alone again holding my pillow.
Another tear runs down my face.
You are no longer here for me to love.
You are gone and all I can do is dream of you each night.
